Website & Member’s Portal Maintenance Notice

Gentle Reminder To Members

Dear members, come 02 July 2019, you will be using your mobile number to login and access Car Club’s Member’s Portal and mobile app.

In order to facilitate this change, our website, Member’s Portal and mobile app will not be accessible from 01 July 2019, 22:00 hrs to 02 July 2019, 05:00 hrs. Normal service will resume thereafter.

As there will be some disruptions to your Car-Sharing experience during the maintenance period, please be reminded to plan your trip and car reservations in advance. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please take note of the following:

– You may encounter difficulties accessing a reserved vehicle. For assistance, please contact +65 6788 1511.

– You will not be able to extend your vehicle reservation.

– You will receive your invoice at a delayed time.

– You will be automatically logged out of the mobile app. When service has resumed, you should log in with your mobile number.
