4. What are the car models available?
5. What are the locations available?
Car Club has 105+ stations island-wide, located near your work or home. Check out our available locations.
6. How much does it cost to drive?
Car Club adopts a pay-per-use model, unlike car ownership, where there are fixed costs even when the car is idle (which it is – 95% of the time!).
A trip consists of time charges and mileage charges. You will be billed based on the amount of time you hold on to the car as well as the kilometres travelled. Use our rate calculator to get an estimation of your journey.
7. What plans do you have?
Most of our members fall into either the Standard Plan or Value Plan category. Value Plan has lower rates overall and requires prepayment – think of it as purchasing credits for future use, at discounted rates. These credits have an expiry date.
8. Which plan is better for me?
Depending on your usage requirements, frequent users (>10 hours per month on average) will find more value with the Value Plan, while non-frequent users can manage with the Standard Plan.
9. How much is the insurance excess?
The excess varies depending on driving experience and history, but it is typically $3000. Pay $5 or $10 per trip to reduce your excess by half with the new collision damage waiver mechanics.
10. How much does it cost to join?
A one-time registration fee of $100, which gives you access to a variety of well-maintained and relatively new cars.
A deposit of $100, refundable upon termination.
Monthly membership fees of $10.70, which go towards providing a comfortable experience for all members.
