Tuas Lalang Field and Secret Beach

Tucked away from the limelight of urban planning for years, the Tuas Lalang Field is relatively unknown to a lot of locals. Trying to locate this grassy field along Tuas South Ave 7 may not be easy without a map because there isn’t an actual landmark name to start with in the first place.

For those who make the effort to explore this Instagram-worthy location, the open field portrays a “young, wild and free” vibe that is perfect for dreamy and romantic shots.

Near the vicinity, one could also enjoy the sights at one of Singapore’s most secluded beaches. The Tuas beach might not make the top ten beaches in Southeast Asia but its serenity does justice owing to its own distinctive beauty in isolation. It’s perfect for those who want a quiet getaway from the hustle of city life.

With a size equivalent to a football field, the Tuas TV World consist of three 1950s main streets and several Chinese shop houses, mansions, a three-storey cinema house and even a railway station.

Sadly, as of now, you can only view this place from the outside since the area has been converted into a Tactical Training Village for the police force.
