Sales Support Administrator

Key Responsibilities

- Provide sales and marketing support to convert potential leads into sales.
- Support various marketing outreach programs and follow-through on potential member's request (through telephone, email or web chat).
- Delivery of membership onboarding functions and to offer solutions to improve the membership experience.
- Provide reports for performance tracking and the development of new marketing plans.
- Provide administrative support and the management of the records in the database.

What You Need To Succeed

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Self-initiated and able to perform well with minimal supervision.
